How we work
UNDERSTAND.
CONNECT.
PUT INTO PRACTICE.
A clear process, with practical outputs and responsibilities agreed at each stage.
The stage
Discovery & scope
Your event, your priorities and where support is needed.
We discuss the setting, audience, dates, current arrangements and the question you need to resolve. Together we identify which workstreams belong in the proposal.
The stage
Review the setup
Existing prevention, reuse, refill access and the people responsible.
The review can be based on documents, a working session or a site visit, depending on the project. We map existing arrangements, identify gaps and distinguish immediate actions from further development.
The stage
Strategy & integration
A practical plan connecting tools, suppliers, communication and roles.
We turn the priorities into an action plan. This can include a proposed service or reuse workflow, supplier options, a prevention approach, audience communication and a responsibility matrix.
The stage
Delivery support & learning
Agreed coordination, awareness or briefing support, followed by review.
Support is defined in the agreed scope. It can include coordination with collaborators, team briefings or awareness sessions. A debrief identifies what worked, what needs attention and what to change next.
