Francisca brings more than 25 years of experience in music and live events. Her work in prevention informs EKALI’s direction, educational approach and collaborations. Her expertise in sustainability is further strengthened by A Greener Future’s (AGF) Stage 1 Sustainability Assessor Training.

Lilou NicoletCreative & culture strategy

Lilou Nicolet

Co founder

With a background in design management, Lilou connects event culture, audience insight and practical research. Her work focuses on how solutions are understood, experienced and adopted. Her expertise in innovation and emerging technologies is further strengthened through MIT’s No-Code and Agentic AI programme, with a focus on artificial intelligence, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
