We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP / nDSG), which came into force on 1 September 2023. Where applicable to EU residents, we also observe the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Contact form submissions: first name, last name, email address, organisation, phone number (optional), subject, message
  • Newsletter subscriptions: email address
  • Email correspondence: any information you choose to share when contacting us by email

Data collected automatically

  • Technical data: browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL
  • Usage data: pages visited, time on site, clicks — only collected with your consent (see Cookies section)
  • IP address: collected for security purposes and anonymised before storage

What we do NOT collect

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health data, political opinions, ethnic origin, etc.), financial data, or data from minors under the age of 16. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising networks, or social media tracking scripts.

5. Data storage and transfers

Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from newsletter).

If you have concerns about how we process your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss supervisory authority:
